A simple way to check your health in just one minute and just use a spoon!

Did you know that the color of your tongue can say a lot about your health? Beyond its functions of help with speech, digestion and tasting of your dishes, the language is as unique as your fingerprint! The language is like a barometer for the health and performance of your body. By carefully examining this organ, Chinese herbalists and naturopaths can detect vitamin deficiencies, poor blood circulation, high cholesterol levels, allergies and digestive problems.
Its shape, texture, coating, color and taste buds can help detect certain health problems. But you do not have to be a health professional to examine your language. Just look at your language from time to time and notice any changes. Better understand my health through my language: The test of the spoon: According to the principles of Chinese medicine, a simple test of the tongue could reveal the state of your organs. How it works ? Take a teaspoon and scrape the entire surface of your tongue. Place the teaspoon in a small plastic bag and leave it in direct sunlight or in the light of a lamp, then wait a minute. Then examine the spoon. How to interpret the spoon test? Strong and undesirable odor: Stomach problems, lung problems Smell: diabetes Ammonia odor and orange layer: Renal problems White or yellow layer: Thyroid problems or respiratory infection Purple layer: High cholesterol, bronchitis, poor blood circulation.

What does a healthy language look like?
A healthy tongue is pink in color with a thin white layer, medium thickness and does not contain cracks or ulcers. When you touch the surface of your tongue with your finger, you should feel tiny nodules, these are your taste buds!

What the color of your tongue reveals about your health ...

Red: A bright red tongue indicates a lack of nutrients in the body, including iron and vitamin B, two elements responsible for energy, cell growth and proper functioning of the nervous system.

Purple or bluish: these two colors may mean that liquids and blood do not circulate properly in the body. A purple color is often seen in people with high cholesterol and heart problems.

Yellow: A yellow tongue indicates the presence of bacteria. Note that the taste buds may become inflamed due to dehydration, mouth breathing, smoking or fever.

White tongue: The white tongue can be a symptom of dehydration, oral thrush or leukoplakia.

The best tips for having a healthy tongue and stay healthy!

- Eat fermented foods to balance your inner ecosystem
- Stimulate your digestion with cooked foods
- Add herbs and spices to your diet

- 1 glass of boiling water

Mix all the ingredients, then use this solution to rinse the mouth.
You can keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Each language is unique, its characteristics reflect the general state of health of your body.
Listen to your body and do not let your tongue pass you! Regular examination of your tongue should be part of your routine to stay healthy.
